Just wanted to drop you a note
about how well our installation went. Perfect could not be a better word.
After looking at the steps involved on your website, we had enough of a clue on
how to install the liner. We did bring in a "ringer", a local pool
technician that helped us install the liner as a side job. Following all
the steps on your website allowed us to finish the pool from removal of the old
liner to filling within 4 hours. Best part of all, the liner fit
perfectly, and I mean PERFECTLY. Not a single wrinkle can be found
on any surface. I am so pleased with the expert advise you provided over
the phone to me, even when it was near closing time for you. The liner
fits so well, the break was at the correct point, the ramp to the hopper, the
bottom of the hopper, and the sides all fit better than a glove!
I want to thank you for your
patience, expertise, and knowledge. It really made this job go smoothly.
I was skeptical about ordering a pool liner over the Internet, even coast to
coast, but you made it so easy. I will order again from you, if and when
it comes time for a new liner. You confidence in providing me the exact
fitting liner from the measurements I provided, and how I described the pool to
you, made this experience a positive one. The water tanker driver was
even amazed at how well the liner fit, and I know he's seen many pool installs.
Now the best part. We had
received an estimate from a local pool company for $3300 to replace this liner.
Total cost to us was $1295 for the liner, $200 for our "ringer", $500 for the
water, and $40 for the pizzas! Thank you for helping us save so much
money, and providing our family with many hours of pool pleasure.
